Why don't "Chin Tucks" and exercises fix my Forward Head Posture?

Because exercises cannot correct a structural spinal displacement. While "chin tucks" strengthen muscles, they cannot force a vertebra back into position against gravity if the cervical lordosis (curve) has been lost. Can my pillow fix Forward Head Posture?

No, a pillow is a passive support, not a corrective tool.
