No, a formal doctor's referral is not required, but you must have recent X-rays for your first appointment. To ensure a safe and accurate clinical assessment, please bring any spinal imaging taken within the last year, or contact our clinic coordinates to arrange them prior to your scheduled consultation.
Can I claim your treatments under local insurance or Medisave?
No, Medisave does not cover chiropractic or structural neck care in Singapore. However, many corporate insurance policies and private international health covers do provide coverage chiropractic treatments, do check with your insurance if they cover chiropractic treatment.
Is there parking available at North Bridge Centre?
While limited hourly parking exists on-site, we do not recommend it due to seasonal scarcity and hourly rounding fees. Instead, we highly recommend parking across the street at the National Library of Singapore, which features ample spaces, charges by the minute, and offers highly accessible entry straight to our clinic.
Is there drop-off access for patients with severe mobility or neck issues?
Yes, there is a dedicated commercial drop-off point directly at North Bridge Centre. Please note that while building elevators provide direct access to our clinic suite, there are 2 to 3 steps required to enter the main ground floor lobby from the drop-off area. If you or your driver require assistance navigating these initial steps, please contact our clinic ahead of your arrival.
